Kremna is a mountainous place in the valley of the same name that separates two famous mountains, Zlatibor and Tara. The fertile valley and mountainous environment have long enabled the development of settlements. The altitude of the Kreman hamlets is between 750 and 850 meters. Due to the ideal natural conditions, Kremna was declared an air spa at the beginning of the 20th century.
According to legends, the summer courtyards of Nemanjic used to be here. In the folk tradition, in addition to the legend of the summer court of Nemanjici, there was also the Tower of Ban of Kremna, the birthplace of Kostres Harambasa, Moljković han, and the greatest popularity of Kremna brought the famous Tarabić prophecy, written by Archpriest Zaharija Zaharic.
Inexplicable folk mysticism has made it live and last for centuries, brings hope to lives, and attracts all generations, then and now. Following the inexhaustible curiosity of the people for the messages of the Prophecy from Kremna, in the hamlet of Tarabići, at the foot of the Tara, the Memorial House of the Kremna Prophets was built. The memorial home has been a place of visit for tourist groups and occasional travelers for years.
